Whether interior design, flooring or building materials, it goes without saying that we also use our innovative and sustainable products ourselves in the Design Station.

This includes, for example, our resistant and universally applicable wood-based materials such as SWISS KRONO MAGNUMBOARD® and LONGBOARD® OSB – directly from our factory in Heiligengrabe. These are unbeatable high-tech building materials, up to 18 metres long, and therefore firm favourites of architecture, engineering and planning offices. Of course, it also includes our SWISS KRONO flooring, which consists of 90 per cent wood from sustainable forestry. In a wood or stone floor look, high-lustre or matt, extremely narrow or extremely wide – our SWISS KRONO laminate flooring covers all the bases. In the Design Station, you’ll find it in locomotive sheds 0 and 1, as well as in the East and West cubes. And as the Design Station is an international location, the laminate comes from our factories in Heiligengrabe, Switzerland, the USA and Poland.

Creativity doesn’t just need space – it also needs the right kind of furniture. We made these entirely from our SWISSCDF boards for all rooms. The extremely compact and robust fibreboards from our Swiss factory are not only flame retardant but also moisture-resistant, impact-resistant and scratch-resistant. They create the perfect basis for creative work in the Design Station.

The Design Station is home to more than enough inspiration and ideas. And you can make these a reality with our incredibly diverse furniture decor from the ONE WORLD collection, which comes in a number of colours, textures and designs. We have used this decor to equip the Design Station’s tables and furniture elements. Our ONE WORLD collection furniture decor options from our factory in Switzerland match each other perfectly and can be combined in new ways over and over again.
